you're bidding on the windshield from a 2006 Buell XB12X Ulysses. as you can see, the shield itself has never seen a bug, but some maroon wrote on it with a Sharpie, and i have no idear what " 12/100 " means, but the nimrod scribbled that on there, too. on top of THAT, you can't even bolt this shield up to yer Uly until you disconnect it from the big chunk o' metal (BCOM) it's attached to. i guess this is some sorta "ease of manufacturing" deal or something, so yer gonna have to do some wrenching to get this thing ready to chuck up on yer bike. sorry 'bout that. i WILL say, however, that all the hardware used is very nicely chrome-plated, and the BCOM the shield is affixed to appears to be a pretty stout piece. who knows, maybe it's got some scrap value? anyway, there it is. oh yeah, almost forgot! this is Madduck's former windshield, and was given to me as a way of saying thanks for making his Buell Ulysses the most famous one in the world, for ever and all time. Madduck has given his blessing for me offing the thing to help Matt's family, as he understands that my storage space is at a premium in my new/old house and i don't need this kinda crap clutterin' up my precious shelf space. there was only a hunnerd of these things made, and i'm bettin' most of them have already been scrapped. get yers now, before they're all gone! Ferris, Did you get a look at that nimrod, he trashed my bike pretty good while he was at it. Sort of nice to see something this special taking on a life of its own. Hope it brings some happiness to someone else, it was truely a joy to have had it for a little while. DaveS had a big hand in getting us such a low number, can never forget DaveS now can we. Paul ps, I think I lied to you when I told you that I didn't have the garage space for a windshield collection. Turns out I have ten of the things in there already. Most of em are for BMW's tho.
