Okay folks in the tradition of Matt giving away his collections to his brothers I'm passing on a piece of my collection to y'alls in an effort to help the Ware family. This particular CD has been waiting for it's day to come to auction...
Back when I lost my pop I found a very cool treasure; a recording my Dad had made of him riding a Harley. My good friend Henrik converted it to digital and burnt some CD's. I proposed to John Mellencamp that someday, find a way, to use Dad's cool blurb in a multi-talented effort to raise awareness for motorcyclists. John sent a very cool letter back and this picture and this CD. He thought I might use the CD for a charity auction to raise money for the aforementioned cause. Well I've got more causes going on than I can take care of so it has hid in my collection for 5 years waiting to be called to duty.
It's a Maxi-single containing four tracks from Mr. Happy Go Lucky. John is not known for giving out a lot of signatures and that prolly explains why he's still carrying punchouts from 1996 in 2002. Anyways it's the real deal and has NEVER been removed from the case. Here's your chance to own a real unique piece of rock and roll history and help Matt and his family at the same time. Thanks, John Mellencamp.
This auction is for the CD only. I will provide shipping to anywhere in the U.S. Overseas bidders must pay their shipping. (Message edited by jb2 on May 08, 2007) |

I kinda felt guilty that I haven't been cheer leading my auctions like Ferris but you're getting along pretty good on your own! You guys are doing the Ware family proud. Rock on! |
