A couple of us from Ohio are staying at the Sleep Inn in Mukwonago. |

Lost in Ohio,If youve never been here before and if your staying at the Sleep Inn, you have a very easy ride to Danas Bar, about 25-30 miles but easy. Hop on to Hwy 83 and it turns right into HWY 20. Also, to get to Hals, just jump on to I 43 and go about 10 or 12 miles and get off at Moreland Rd, at that point your about 3- 4 miles from Hals. Of course there are some senic routes if you want to go the long way around |

Chuck I realize its a easy ride but its 30 minutes. At 10 pm at night Erik starts he ends at 1 am and thats when that 30 minute rides turns into a pain when several have been riding for hours just to get to wisconsin. |

Dana, what I should have probably said was that its a fairly "straight shot" to your place, i.e., not having to "take hwy this, to road that, turn at the blue house, past the old farm truck, etc, etc.
Its definetly a ride after leaving your place going back to Muktown, and LOTS of deer out once your west of the city of Racine as Im sure youll agree. |

I can't, I'm lucky that my little lady let me come home from up north friday. She understood that this is my first homecoming. I'm not going to try to push it by leaving thursday. |

I can recommend the Sleep Inn in Mukwonago . . I lived there for a month when it was first built in 1997.

Those staying in Mukwonago be aware. I was told by a very very close friend who's a Det. for a local PD that Muk has a special detail marked for bikes this season. Irratic riding, speed, owi and plate enforcement. Think before pulling the front wheel up. |

The good thing is, if you go to any of the events, i.e. Buell factory, Drags, Hals, etc, etc, your only in Muk-towns boarders for about 2 to 3 miles,then you can enjoy yourselves. |

Sorry for the delayed response. "We're" at the Comfort Inn/Racine meant me and g/f (on her own 9S). May be hauling tho...she's a trooper but I can't subject her to a 500 mile day each way from PGH. She did it last year on the back of the ULY, but we gotta hammer the Interstates this year.
Looking forwrd to a few more showing up at the 'Comfort', they gave me a great rate.
