Dave, the place is looking great. I saw the pictures of the clothing hanging on the wall, but I didn't see any Buell cameo jackets or hats there. Are they just slow in shipping them? Hope the business works out well for you! I'll have to ride out there sometime this summer and see the new place. Don |

Got the bow press bolted into place and put together Got my arrow saw mounted on the work bench too Got the bows hung up Set up the chronograph Got my signs this is the small version I have a 10 ft by 4 ft one to put on the building. I also used my new equipment to set up my very first Ben Pearson bow Shoots great! I had 3 customers stop in today to see how things were coming along. One brought his daughter in so she could shoot a few arrows. I have my first, paying group coming in the morning at 9am! |

Thinking of doing a Sat. kids league during the summer. We will see how many women archers there are and go from there. |

Try the Boy Scouts and the Cub Scouts Dave. Something like that work's great and it also gets you noticed more. |

well I hooked these guys today but they aren't so young. My first, paying group of shooters! 3 guys, shooting recurves and longbows On the line Retrieving their arrows Giving each other a hard time about their shooting abilities(none of these guys wer slouchs) Nice group of arrows these guys have been going to a different range, 40 miles away, 3 days a week. They really liked my setup. I did spoil them a little bit by giving them a reduced rate and I even furnished the coffee, sodas and donuts. Didn't really make any money but i gained a lot of good will and these guys know every archer in the area |

Go Dave and Mrs. Dave Go! I'm gonna ride my Buell up there from Houston between semesters this summer and buy a bow and all the bells and whistles from you. Yeah yeah, you drive past the UPS store every day...but that's no fun. I wanna try out that handlebar mount we talked about for my new toy! Maybe we can get Ram to make us one. LOL! (-: Take care. |

T minus 1 day and counting! GO Dave GO! (and Kandie!) If you do end up shipping stuff all over, get set up with a UPS or FedEx account. For regularly scheduled stops at your shop, it's only a couple bucks a week. Well worth your time, if you end up shipping a lot. Then sooner or later, the locals will figure out they can use you as a shipping agent so they don't have to go to the UPS terminal (I'm not sure how far away it is from your shop). |

Just about to head to the shop on my last day of unemployment! Thanks for the encouragement you all have given Kandie and I. I could not have had everything ready in the short time we had without a lot of help from Kandie, Bobbie, Gearhead, Eyebrow Jason and especially Chris. He has given up his last 2 weekends plus a couple nights (late nights) to help me make this business happen. I do not know how I will ever be able to repay him. A few more pictures for you all to look at, The guy that runs the bodyshop next door is letting me use his sign for a week or so. It is right by the hwy. I put the sign on the building yesterday (by myself, that was fun!) The wall is starting to fill up Ready to accept VISA and MC Kandie put up the Adopt a Dog board. It has pictures and profiles of dogs that are at the animal shelter and need a home. Adopt a Dog and get 15.00 worth of range time for FREE! Kandie also put the range time fees on the blackboards for me. Need a camo hat? Need camo? Got the shelf built for shooters to put their stuff My other blackboards hung up. These will be used for service price listings. a couple boxes of arrows I got yesterday. I now have 5400.00 worth of arrows in stock! Working on the wallpaper Ok, I have to go to work now. My new boss is a real stickler about me being on time |
