I just got my 97 S-1 and noticed there are 2 different types of keys. Rode it home so I know where one goes,where does the other one go?? I have looked all over that beast and can't find anything. I know this is probably stupid but somebody help a brotha' out!!!

Turn your bars full right.... look at the left side of the steering head, ahead of the tank. You'll see a little swivel cover at the end of a little cylinder. Rotate the little cover outta the way and you'll find your steering lock.

If you do use the steering lock please make sure you unlock it before riding away. Its very easy to forget, especially if there are a few standing around drooling over the bike!!!!

I am assuming that is from your voice of experience?

I watched a guy on a Honda do that once. His ego was damaged more than the fairing.

Hey Bill, are you coming down for the Homecoming? I heard that you and Innes were making the trip. I wasn't planning on coming until I heard that news.
