Hi all, I'm in the process of changing the front wheel bearings on my M2. My problem is that the spacer inside the hub that fits between the two bearings (some folks call it the axle sleeve) is damaged beyond use. Does anyone know where I can source a replacement? There seems to be several used ones on ebay that fit the Blast or the XBs. Are either of those the same size maybe? All help is appreciated. |

That's a good question. I don't have the answer to your actual question, but I wouldn't be surprised if the sizes of those spacers were somewhat standardized. I think what I'd do is measure the exact length and inner diameter of your spacer and then just start sending some messages to people on ebay asking if they can get you the measurements of the ones they're selling, including random Japanese bikes. I'm sure you'll eventually be able to find one with a similar inside diameter, and a length that's either the same or longer that you could cut down to the right length. If you don't have any luck there, I'd like to think a machine shop couldn't charge you all that much for what would probably be a short piece out of their scrap pile that would just need cut down to the right length. |

Hes looking for a front axle spacer, not a rear. Anyway, if someone comes across this post and is looking for a rear, save some money and buy it from here: https://www.vpartsinc.com/2575-g0323-02a8 |

Maybe you send Purpony or Red93stang on this forum a pm. They make custom parts for the buells ,maybe one can make a new axle sleeve for you!? |
