OK so my check engine light comes on while riding. was intermittent now constantly stays on. I did the 'jump the pins' on the port. The error codes are 45 (side stand switch), 57 (fuel rail pressure), and 74 - what is that? I ran through it 3 times and got the same numbers. Suggestions on corrections and what would 74 be? |

Thanks for posting your fix. It comes in handy if someone was searching for that problem and they see the solution in the message thread. Many times there is a question with some dialog then the solution is not known. |

I couldn't find the 74 code and apparently the X1 shouldn't have a 57 code. Ran it 3 times at least. That made me think something is up with the ECM. It didn't look like a factory Buell one. Just had bar codes on the side nothing else. Swapping it out did the trick. Your welcome |

Well well well, the engine light came on for a few seconds one time on the spare ECM. Used the port jump method and I got 7 slow blinks, then again 7 slow blinks between the 6 fast blinks. so code 77? Is this in binary? |
