Mirrors are always a hot topic on here, so I wanted to mention this to give you guys some more options. A while back I picked up some Ducati Monster mirrors for my Speed Triple but they use 8mm bolts instead of the standard 10mm. I just bought little replacement clamps for them, since the mirrors threaded into the small piece that clamps onto the MC and clutch perch, but not the actual MC and perch themselves, if that makes sense. That's not the case for the Buell parts. I replaced my master cylinder the other week and figured I'd take some pictures while I was at it. I bought a package of the threaded inserts you use for damaged threads. The 8mm version threads perfectly into the 10mm hole. I didn't have the special tool so I just used a small screwdriver. After that you can just screw your 8mm mirrors right into it.    | ||
