Author Message   Williamscottrobertson Posted on Sunday, February 25, 2018 - 11:59 pm:        Anyone know what the contents of the Saddlebag upgrade kit are? There’s some complete kits on eBay. St. Paul HD’s Buell site doesn’t show the instruction sheet to detail the content. My S3 has bags from I’m guessing a 97 model, it has the round knobs that tighten the bags to the frame. One of my latches actuator lever has been repaired with some JB Weld and a drill bit broken off to replace the broken lever. It’s a little Mickey Mouse and I’m hoping the kit may have upgraded latch hardware.
