I employ a 1999 Carbon Fiber Extreme. It looks mint. 6700 miles. Blue weave and all. I put a few miles on it a month. Keep it insured and tagged. Bought it new in July 1999. Thinking about selling it. Help. What's a fair price? |

K12 sold a carbon Kevlar X1 with less than 500 miles on the clock, ask was 6500, May message him to see what it sold for. I’m not familiar with many of the X1 special editions. I would personally say $4k on the very high end, $2k on the low, with a sales price around $3k. I bought an 00 s3 with 2700 miles for $2700, 95 s2 with 15k for $1400, an S1WL for $3250 out of Charlotte. The last I paid only that much bc of condition, location, and relative rarity of the WL. Tuber values are really sad, I would say it would take something special to have a tuber worth more than $3k these days. Thats just my opinion. List it for what it’s worth to you, because you won’t ever get another one like it again. K12s ad: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/21/ 808321.html?1506720665 |

They liked to throw around "limited edition XYZ" and stuff like that. It's probably not going to get you rich. If I were you, I would just ride it around and enjoy it. |

It's worth much more as a fun, dependable vehicle than it will ever bring in cash. |
