Had the controls off, got the CF Chin Fairing w/ mounting kit for a very reasonable price from St.Paul HD - it was kind of a pain!

Make sure you keep that clutch cable off of the CF. My stock X1 chin fairing chafed there despite the factory putting clear slippy tape over that area. |

So.... it's contacting the header in front, if ever so slightly- is this OK, or do I need to jostle it around a little bit? |
