I have a 1998 Buell M2 Cyclone I purchased a few months back and worked on but I keep hitting brick walls with one thing or another so it's time to let it go. It has a new stator, new voltage regulator, LAF black drag pipes and has been babied since I got it. The ignition switch went on it and I no longer have the patience to try and finagle with this bike anymore. The pics don't show the drag pipes installed but I can take recent pictures upon request. |

It looked for a moment there . . . like you has offered something for sale without a price . . . . I just posted all your parts stuff . . . where you left out the part about the make, model and year . . . Details . . .details. Reminds me of a wonderful day calling in an air strike in the Marine Corps . . . "We need ordnance dropped" "Where?" "Anywhere that's convenient and doesn't place you in harm's way". silence . . Details matter. . . :-) |

>>>he did mention make model and year He did here. In the other thread . . . he asked "what hand controls fit a Buell?" Those of us who could help (I have every Buell catalog ever published since 1987 here in my office at the Buell Historical Foundation) were kinda left hanging . . . |

...and NEITHER thread was placed in the "parts wanted" or "bikes for sale" sections...yet, he still got all the information needed to source a new kill switch assembly (right hand switch housing), in the other thread, inside of 5 hours from the original post. |

Helping even the broken and weak among us, LOL! The over-spray on the rear sprocket has me feelin' a naw, even if I was in the market for another M2. Details do indeed matter. Well said Court. |

I think whom ever buys this bike should look closely at any wirk performed. Just saying by going off of the previous post and this post it appears that repairs have not been done with confidence or utilizing best practices |

Happy to help everyone. But check out the other thread - it appears the seller is one of the type of people who, even when all the answers are handed right to them...they still have the "it's junk and can't be fixed" chip on their shoulder. |
