}Need a little help here with the S3 running way to rich. Started stock and I can never leave well enough alone. Put a Super-trapp “15 disc with no internal end cap “just the outside one. Put a power commander on and then took it off. The dam thing stopped working! Pulled the plugs and looked like I was burning coal in the bike. Any ideas? And I need to mention that I have a broken header stud as well that when trying to remove I broke the not so easyout on “still not fixed” Still love the bike when it runs. Thanks Lemonhead

Make sure it has a RaceECM installed, then check the IAT sensor for correct operation or just replace. You might also check the head temp sensor.
I would not run the PowerCommander on that bike.

"And I need to mention that I have a broken header stud as well"

Fix that first. The same thing happened on my '00 S3T and the broken stud allowed enough air to leak into the system and fool the 02 sensor, thereby causing the system to run extremely lean. Once i'd replaced the stud and the sensor every little thing was A-okay.
