I'm looking for the fuel tank decals for a '98 Molten Orange S1. (or help crowd sourcing them from a former Buell dealership)

Dave you wont want to use that styl you will want the raised kind it helps with the bubbling issues

The originals were clear coated I believe. Even my current tank with the raised decals has small blisters here and there. Apparently, the fiberglass is still active. (I see it on S2 bodywork as well)

My intent is to get the originals, make copies at a vinyl shop, and make a raised version.

i know a guy who should be able to make a copy .

seen some decals he made,which were perfect copies from a oem decal .

not sure if he still makes them

Don't do it Dave, use the raised ones. I regret sourcing those decals/stickers when I did mine. Use the raised recall ones. I know your like me and want OE but they will for sure bubble the first time you leave that tank in the sun.
