Use a plumbing torch applied to the center of the bolt. It will loosen the locktite.

Use 5 Lbs. short handle hammer on impact tool. Oh You won't need Scott tool on S2 !!!!!

I've used a connector for ready-rod in place of buying a big-ass allen socket. And an impact wrench.

Success, using all the above techniques. Had 1 head that stripped but was able to get it out with a screw extractor . If anyone is unaware, you can also get to the back of the frame holes ( with a little creative use of the straw) for liberal use of penatrating oil, which I think helped as well.
Now I'm off to buy a half inch Allen to get the mounts out.
