anyone seen this before? seems like it has to be water, but, how could that get in and mix with the oil? furthermore, the oil in the engine looks normal....This is my first Buell, first air cooler, and this is my first stumper..

Don't have a collector, to speak of, on the M2. I do have a couple feet of tubing and a petcock on the end to drain of the spooge. It's not at all unusual for the spooge to have whiteish oily consistency. I'd venture to guess that your fine because mines been putting off the same, or at least what seems like the same, substance for 10K+ miles.

When I had my Jazz Can mounted near the front of my bike it would pick up a lot of moisture causing the ugly white murky stuff. Just make sure the line is clean and you will be fine.

The water in the oil condenses there when the engine heat cycles - it happens to all engines, not just aircooled ones. It's totally normal. This is one of the reasons why short trips are so hard on oil.

No worries, my M2 did the same with the PINGEL catch can.

The S1 is totally non-pc compliant.
