I've found myself drooling over this bike on craigslist. https://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/mcy/5507059956.html My M2 is a great all around bike, but doesn't scream hooligan like an S1 does. I can't really justify having two almost identical bikes though. I've looked into S1 tail conversions, but then I would lose the long range comfort of my M2. I remembered today I had seen pictures of a unmodified M2 with an S1 tail. The frame rails ran below the edge of the tail, and the taillight was sandwiched between the two. If I could do that, and make it so I could easily swap the two, then I could have the comfy bike or hot rod depending on my mood. I can't seem to find those pics though. I want to take a close look before I commit to tracking down an S1 tail and seat. (Message edited by nitrokeeb on April 04, 2016) |
