I believe it should be a two stage with silver base, orange top coat. We'll see if aircraft epoxy primer won't cure the bubbling once and for all. When I had the tank repainted back around 2005 they were able to cross reference the numbers, maybe they can still do that 10 years after. I always liked Alvin Lee if you can't tell.
