Happy Memorial Day to All Thanks to all who are and have served!!!! Just purchased a NOS headlight assembly from St Paul HD, and want to update the light output. Ordered a Eastern Beaver Headlight Loom with relay to upgrade the wiring and power directly from the battery. Suggesting for which LED or Hi Out Put replacement bulb. We have the Osram HD 100W H4 Bulb as a fall back. Input is appreciated Again, thanks all for your service |

I bought a 55w 6000k HID kit off DDMTuning for my 97 M2. St paul Harley huh? NICE! I'm from MN as well, and have handed St. Paul many arms and legs since owning my buell for a few years now. Gotta love Lance... lol |

How did the HID hold up to the vibrations from the V twin Thanks all |

Maybe the shape/size of the M2/S3T headlight bucket is different but I couldn't fit the DDM hi/lo HID bulb inside my X1 bucket without modification. The hi/lo switch is mounted at the back of the bulb making it slightly too long to fit inside the bucket. Vibration is not much of an issue on the bulb but might take a toll on the relay depending where it's mounted. |

The headlight does not have a true bucket A square lamp mounted in a fairing Spyder. Thanks |

Not sure if I follow. An NOS headlight assembly should include the bucket. That's what keeps the bulb/wiring covered. |

The S3 does not use a bucket like the M2 or X1. The lens assembly mounts onto the fairing Spyder by a 3 point mounting/adjustment system. There is room Behind the lens but not a lot. |
