Does anyone know if the mirror mounting holes on a tuber are threaded as metric or standard, and do you know the thread pitch? I'm assuming they are metric, but figured it was best to ask. Planning on adding a RAM mount to one of the mounting holes on my S1 and would like to get it right on the first order (Message edited by OoPEZoO on March 25, 2015) |

I did the same thing, threaded one into the mirror mount on the control perch on my s3t.... Works great for GPS and/or iPhone mount for tunes, Bluetooth to helmet com system. I'll pull one and see what it is. |

Awesome.....thanks. I love RAM mounts. Been using them for years on my BMWs for GPS and radar detector mounting. |

As a follow up or for anyone who gives a poo......the standard M10 x 1.25 threaded ball mount from RAM was a perfect fit. |

Clean out the lock tight that was installed by the elves in East Troy before you install another 10mm threaded piece into the mount. You will be glad you did later. Enjoy |
