I had a few small rock chips so my gf said grab your fly screen and come with me. Lol. So in we go and she color matched it. | ||

Thanks for the info. I once had color rite try to match my 74' H1 metallic green. They tried a few times, but could not get it. walked into Dillards with my side cover in a bag, picked out a nice matching nail polish and it matched almost perfect to the naked eye. | ||

Here's the preliminary results. Stuff is a bit thin so doing multiple thin coats BEFORE  AFTER  PRODUCT  Pretty good match | ||

Per my gf this product line is known for colorfast, hardness and difficulty in removing. Perfect I guess! | ||

just discovered that Sally Hansen nail polish is readily available at Walgreens, CVS, even Walmart and grocery stores. So you don't have to go to Ulta cosmetics store. It's a cheap fix. Lol | ||

Court, thanks for the nod, much appreciated. And, you are correct, not sure I've ever been in a nail polish isle. Ken, not sure for sure but probably next spring. The wheels came off the cart this week, I lost my Mom this week and really don't have the bandwidth (or emotional capitol) to deal with a big project. Another, soon to be seen in the autoparts store option, is Ford's new ST color. I just ordered and purchased a Fiesta ST in Molten Orange. So you can hit the Ford dealer or in a few months the Auto Parts store and get some. The metal flake is a bit more than the stock color but the touchup shouldn't have that much flake in it. | ||
