Has anybody tried aftermarket '84-'99 HD calipers on a tuber? I ask because I found out some years ago that the bolt spacing is the same between the two, but I didn't have a rotor to test the theory... |

Why, I would imagine that would be down grading from your OE 6 pot |

Hence why I said aftermarket. An aftermarket PM 6 pot should perform the same or better than the stock PM. But if they fit, dual discs would become a lot easier and cheaper.. |

My brother has a Thunderheart 6 pot on his '93 FXD. I'll try it when I pick up my S2 . |

Good luck, never found anyone with a left side caliper with Buell bolt spacing, tried PM at the factory. Ended up with a factory Buell racing dual set-up still in packaging and an aftermarket set-up from ISR . Both went with my bike to Don Casto. |

Well they're all Nissin brake hardware on Showa forks, right? You may have an easier time with finding jap bikes' compatibility. Perhaps time to go to a junkyard with a pair of calipers? |

Nate I'm not talking about the factory pieces, but rather the aftermarket pieces by PM, JayBrake, ThunderHeart (RIP), etc. |
