I was wondering what seat will fit on the s1 someone on ebay is selling a s3 seat and they are selling it as if it is compatible with s1 ,s2 , s3 .Is this true , also I seen a s1 twin seat will that fit on a stock s1 it looks really long . | ||

The seats are not interchangeable. As far as S1 seats there was the solo and the twin but you must change the tail piece to match the seat. | ||

I seem to recall some folks adapting 99+ M2 seats... I think they use the tail plastics too, not really sure what all the swap involves, but I am pretty sure I have seen it done. | ||

The only seat that will fit without using the rear plastics is an S1 | ||

a FB buddy is about to post a seat and a tail section in the classifieds. You could probably build a bolt-on extension for your frame to support the tail and seat for two-up riding. The tail on my M2 is entirely cosmetic. I plan on putting it on a diet some day with a good hi speed cutter ; ) Good luck |
