Well, if it doesn't make it to the UK I doubt it'll be the kind of movie that stays in theatres for weeks on end. So I'm sure DVD would be sooner rather than later! If it doesn't make it over there let me know, then when the DVD comes out I'll be happy to pick one up and send to you. | ||

Dang, I didn't catch that! But thanks for forwarding the info...I went ahead and reserved tickets at a local showing. Apparently they need 81 people to have the showing, and right now there are 21 reservations for the one near me. So, we'll see... Hey, I just had a thought (which I'll forward to Rex cuz he's so excited about the ASBN 15th anniversary!)....There's a way to schedule a private showing for dealers or organizations, maybe one could be arranged around the anniversary. I think they reserve a theatre for you so there'd have to be one nearby. Maybe do it the day before so everyone is (even more) in the mood. Now that I think about it, with the ASBN anniversary being so informal and just one evening, it prob wouldn't be plausible to do a movie thing...guess I just got excited. Wish I didn't live so far away, I'd love to meet some of you guys. | ||

Bluz - did you scroll all the way down? I thought the same thing but farther down the list there was another offering. Also, I think you can request one, they just need 81 tickets sold. You put it on your credit card and if they don't get 81 then you are not charged. | ||

Kc_zombie - You can get a showing scheduled if you can get enough people to pre-purchase tickets. Depending on the theater the minimum amount is usually 75-100. I know it sounds like a lot, but since you're in a more or less major metropolitan area there are probably numerous bike clubs who could put the word out. Or, you could make a weekend of it and drive to Omaha or St Louis! Bluz - there are tickets available for the Dec 8 showing in Edina, MN. That's like 20 minutes from you isn't it? | ||

If you can get a certain number of people to commit they can do a screening for you---- that was how the BARF group got so many showings out here. | ||

Saw this last night. Great documentary with some amazing scenery and footage. Multiple EBR and Buell sighting throughout. EBR #99 race bike in the paddock and #20 on track. An XBR and Blast still photo at Bonneville. And some good footage with Dave Barr and his Uly in the background while he speaks and later showing him straddling it and riding with his prosthetic legs, pretty awesome. | ||
