Hello All, 1700 km into a new bike and I have my first problem. It is hard to start...actually I cant start it again.it will back fire which seems to indicate to me that there is an excess of unburnt fuel then it will ignite going boom. I can smell fuel. Where do I start for trouble shooting? Prior to this it ran great the only thing that I've done since it started to act up was wash it. I didnt use high pressure water either. It has run sufficiently to disperse any accumulated water. Could someone walk me through this? Thanks Dave |

check the wiring on your vacuum controlled electronic switch. It helps control your timing. mine had the wire broke off and carb farted all the time until i fixed it. |
