Maybe the parts book diagrams will help. These are from a 2000 M2 parts book Rear brake diagram: http://parts.drivebike.ru/fiche/browse/view?model= 5156&diagram=301482 Rear Wheel diagram: http://parts.drivebike.ru/fiche/browse/view?model= 5156&diagram=301486 Swingarm diagram: http://parts.drivebike.ru/fiche/browse/view?model= 5156&diagram=301496 |

The caliper mount is hitting the rim at the center near the bearing wall (Message edited by S1owner on May 08, 2013) |

Sorry for the long exposure time, the picture is a little too bright. Here's my caliper mount that got powdercoated last winter. Somehow your bearing seems to sit much further inside than on my bike, where it is flush with the hub.

Oh, sorry. Yes, looking at the parts diagram for the rear wheel, there seems to be a large washer on the bearing. Strange, I've changed tires about 10 times now and have removed the wheel at least double that amount. And this washer never moved, so I assumed it to be part of the bearing. |

Ok so in this pic the brembo is on the left the nissin on the right there is a clear diffrence in the wheel side but the overall is the same so what should I do?

Start by putting your bearing where it belongs in the wheel...it's in too far, I agree with Andreas. |

Would love too but thats where the bearing goes there is a snap ring that the bearing sits against and it is right to it. These are PM wheels. |
