Okay well in a week or two my frame should be back from the powder coater and I will hopefully be able to start reassembling my bike, anyways I am looking for any tips/suggestions to the following from guys that have done it before: Installing the new style rear isolators Orientation of the new style front isolator (I have seen that it can be mounted both ways but havent found a picture of it mounted the correct way) Proper torque method for installing the front motor mount to the head Suggested methods of installing new swingarm/steering head bearings On my wiring harness I labeled every single wire with where it goes, I found a brand new OEM harness and am using it so am transferring over my labels to it so I know where everything should go. However, is there a best way to reinstall the harness. Like should I attach everything to the motor/primary before installing the frame or wait and do it after I plan on assembling in the follow order: Motor/primary/swingarm-->frame-->oil tank-->rear wheel-->forks-->front wheel-->carb/filter-->body parts Also, any other tips or suggestions for completely reassembling the bike from a pile of parts would be greatly appreciated Thanks, Spencer |
