There are a few things on my to do list for this spring on my S2, and I would appreciate any suggestions on where to get parts, or tip on how to get them done.
1) Rebuild front forks - Figure while I'm in there I might as well replace any wear and tear items. No clue when it was done last, but needs it
2) Weld small crack in the header
3) Bleed rear brakes - Dealer replaced a recall item last year, now there's almost nothing in the brakes
4) Bag mounts - I have a set of soft aftermarket bags that came with the bike, but they strap across the rear fender and if not careful, tear up the paint. I'm debating building some homemade brackets for it and painting to match the frame. Any suggestions?
5) Turn Signals - the bike came with cheap aftermarket turn signals that are constantly loosening up in the front and both back signals are gone. What's the best replacement? Stock? Aftermarket?
6) Carbon Fiber pieces are showing some age. Is there a good way to polish them?
7) Front foot pegs are wearing through. Is there a good stock replacement?

Seals for Roma forks have become a problem to source. Last time I checked on American Sport Bike they were still NA; you may need to try Twin Motorcycles (Netherlands) if Race Tech can't do it all for you.

Try Traxxion Dynamics for your fork parts. They have done a couple sets of S2 forks for me.

The later model Buell rubber pegs ('99-'02) are a good upgrade.
