I'm bored too. You could do it, but it might not look so good. Kinda like an X1 cover on an S1 tank I am going for the repaint (is that a word?) of my s1w plastic this winter and having the Buell logos painted in. |

I had mine all done finished this spring went down a month or so ago and chipped up tge paint so just looking for options! I have seen someone on here make a carbon cover which would work also i am just not good with laying glass. I have an m2 manta tank. Is there anyone out there that has an x1 tank and cover they would let me use just to see how things fit i would not modify them just want to look? |

I can send you a tank bladder to use if you pay shipping. I'm wondering if the low part for the fuel pump area won't interfere with the rear cylinder on your S1. And of course you will have to figure out how to do the petcock thing... David Uden Omaha |

http://www.ukbeg.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=156 99 Follow this link for new aluminium fuel tanks for tubers. Looks like they have enough orders now for Manta tanks to start production and only need a couple more orders for small tanks |

I talked with them they did not make that tank they said they would do them but there is alot more work then they thought and more material so the price is about the same as it would be getting it done a wilcox |
