Author Message   Rsm688 Posted on Monday, October 22, 2012 - 02:45 pm:        Well I think I need to replace my header gaskets, I've got a ticking coming from the bike and I've notice some smoke in front of my headlights at night. The exhaust on the bike before had some crappy homemade mount so I'm sure it wiggled around and damaged the gaskets (99 m2 with 9500 miles). Anyways, I can't seem to find them online anywhere, except some on eBay from American torque. Does anyone have a part number or link for them? Also, can they be replaced without removing the muffler and clamp from the header or do I need to pull it all off? The PN I provided is more than adequate as it is what originally came on your bike. I have used both and IMO feel the stocks seal better for a stock header.   Coxster Posted on Monday, October 22, 2012 - 06:08 pm:        I don't remember part #s, but the THIN ( Screamin Eagle ) gasket has let me down more than once this summer, so I went back to the THICK gasket. I've had the exhaust off my M2 at least six times since march.
