Someone stole my bike night before last so any help would be awesome I'm in omaha, NE if any locals see it My motorcycle was stolen last night so any help is appreciated if you see the bike whole or see any blue painted pieces floating around on the net. 2004 Buell XB12R with a CR front and lightning tail. primary, cam cover, swing arm, race can, mud guards, frame, tail, and part of the CR front are painted blue with diamond blue wheels. Stolen from the Omaha, NE area.   | ||

There was a thread on another Buell forum where a guy had his bike stolen. Lots of people said they would be on the lookout, cops were called, nothing was happening. A couple days later the dude decided to go out riding around the neighborhood looking for his bike. He saw the idiot who stole it riding it around, just a couple blocks from where he lived! Got behind him, called the cops, guy dumped the bike running from the cops, minor damage but he got the bike back. If it was me I think I would have ran the dickhead over!! Point is, it's not always a professional or even someone with a brain in their head that grabbed your wheels. Keep your eyes open, make your rounds around the neighborhood asking questions and making people aware of what happened, sometimes the 5-0 is just too busy with other things. I remember reading that on a forum too, I've been driving around every night after I get off work. My only fear is that they aren't going to be out anytime soon because of the weather, it's only gotten up into the 50's all week. | ||

 Thought I'd give all the wonderful old schoolers an update since I got her back. She's still a work in progress, but having her at work with me is one of the most beautiful things to walk out of my building to. |
