Author Message   Sleez Posted on Saturday, September 22, 2012 - 01:23 pm:        does anyone know, or have access to this kit, and can measure the wire diameter? or....the wire diameter of stock springs? what is the stock spring rate versus this kit? thanks. the reason i ask, i have a kit with these springs and all the seals in a box, but i am not 100% sure the right springs are in the box. want to confirm the right springs before selling!!   Sleez Posted on Saturday, September 22, 2012 - 01:43 pm:        did some calculations, and it appears the ones i have are right about 1kg/mm (1.07kg/mm to be exact) i believe these are the correct springs. specs; wire dia; .210" coil dia; 1.385" free length; 14.4375" #of coils; 28 calculated rate; 60#/inch, converted to; 1.07147768kg/mm i utilized these calculators; http://www.pontiacracing.net/js_coil_spring_rate.h tm http://www.hraefn.net/projects/spring_rates.php
