SHIFTER & BRAKE PEDAL BUSHINGS and washers

I'm getting a lot of play in my shifter and brake pedal on my 2002 X1.

Anyone know the parts and their numbers I would need to order and replace?

I saw an ebay auction for bronze bushings, anyone know the part numbers on those?

mine feel the same way at least on the shifter end. I saw a conversion kit with a billet aluminum lever on buell parts.net for around 150 but as for the bushings havent seen any around?

I think American Sport Bike has a bushing kit for the shifters...

My shifter shaft itself has what seems like a lot of 'play' in it. It rotates like 1/8 of a turn before anything happens inside. Makes it feel like the shifter is loose, but its the shifter shaft.

I got a set on eBay from a company in the US , I can't remember offhand their name but you get a sticker saying " we don't care how they do it in Japan" Buell motor company etc, I will see if I can find their details when I get home later ...about $30 if I recall correctly

i bought the bronze bushings from american torque , they where tight for a month then my pedals started to slop around again, and now after almost 1 season they are back to feeling like the stock plastic ones. I think i am just really rough on things.

The kit on eBay for American Torque looks good. However I have found if I order the parts by part number it usually costs less. By part numbers a complete plastic kit would be $14.38. But that is plastic.

The plastic part number are:
N0513.2A BRAKE LEVER BUSHING
N0513.T SHIFT LEVER BUSHINGS

Anyone know what the brass part numbers would be?

I used the A S B bronze bushings on both bikes, and the inside diameter is too large on the bushings so I still have slop.

Johnyrush; i found a partial kit, for the early style, it has two shoulder bushings (one looks used) and a couple washers in it, yours if you want it, just pay shipping, maybe $5?

it's American Sport Bike p/n 5546, for 95-00

Sleez, Awesome looking out!

I have a 2002 X1 so the part looks like it's not a match.

Thank you very much though. I do appreciate it.
