Here's the build from that:

It was a CBR tail.

My M2 has a Ducati Monster seat and tail... you can remove the tail-cover to use the second seat...

Can you give some details on how you mounted the Ducati seat? I've been wanting to do that to my M2.

Looking very good that M2 with ducati tail

Maybe you can take a close up picture with the seat removed (also for oil check)

Thanks

Andreas,

Do you know what brand of rear sets that you have on your M2 and how do you like them?

I also like the look of that seat and tail section.

Subframe on the Monster tail doesn't look to have been changed at all from what you see of it. There's a filler plate or cover on the bike's left side covering the fuses and ignition module.

Tail light is shifted up, probably not a stock taillight but the stocker can be tucked up under the seat on a S1 tail conversion if the subframe isn't modded, so maybe.

I think it's a really nice looking combo too. Outdoors, those look like the Banke relocators, or maybe the billet 2 race copies.

Those are the RRC Relocators that Qnoo has on his bike.

Same ones I have. =)

They are amazing.
Stock tail here, sorry!

It would be awesome if you could get some pics of the monster m2 with the seat removed so we can see how it was mounted and if any subframe modifications were required.

Does that rear cowl match the tank perfectly? (wondering if it was painted to match or if the ducati monster orange cowl is just that close of a match).

I love the look of the monster seat/cowl

Also, could you snap a pic of it with the cowl removed?

Thanks,
Spencer

Pete,

Looks like the MV Augusta tail, sweet!!!
I dig your paint scheme.

Wishing now that I'd found a twin-tail instead of the single I run now. My wife didn't care to spend much time on the back so I thought the short tail would be fine. Now though, I'd like to have the passenger seat, my daughter would like to fit better on the back.

It's pretty easy....It's a ducati 999 race tail and seat. I shorted the M2 frame ( not really Needed) about 3 inches. Added mount to the frame above the oil bag to mount the seat.

I will do a write up with pics when I get a few more minutes
