The Lower East Side is a hoot for Buells. The M2 that sits on 15th near Irving Place (Gramercy Park) is absolutely the BOMB . . . the penultimate "urban warrior bike". Working your way through the East Village . . there were the twin Ulysses that used to always be parked side by side down near Alphabet City. I've been hanging out, from time to time, under the Manhattan Bridge on Delancey and I love all the interesting stuff I see. NYC is a great town for an S1 ! |

I park my car under the Manhattan Bridge. Always spots around there. We should do the Benny's Burritos this fall before it gets too cold. |

Two years back, we trailered the S2 (red) to Texas for the S2 Roundup there. At a motel on the way there (or back), a guy walked up in the parking lot and asked if he could take a picture because he had a friend who liked Ducatis. I gave him a long talk about Erik Buell and how it all began. He listened with seeming interest to my ten minute lecture then left. Without taking a picture! |

>>>I park my car under the Manhattan Bridge. Don't forget to back in! >>>We should do the Benny's Burritos this fall before it gets too cold. I'm always up for Benny's . . . I've also found a place (hurts to say this) with pretty good Mexican food . . . in TriBeCa. Go figure. . . |

I appreciate that. She's a dirty, broken byrd right now. It needs some love (and $$). |

Is that a Ducati? Yes, it is a custom Ducati that has a special frame designed by Eric Buell and a high performance Harley Davidson motor. |

Barrick09, I'm 40min away from you in western PA, but never had the Ducati comment. I've had heads turn at my '99 X1, and the HD guys ask what kind of crotch rocket sounds like that. Poor guys don't know what they're missing. |

Was sitting at a light yesterday when a guy in the crosswalk said, "Man, I wish my Harley sounded like that!" Pretty funny |
