-- M2 started to shake! Found front iso torn. So I got a 2010 version from American Sportbike. Replaced, but worse vibration! Found I had installed upside down! Fixed that, but now I still have a (smaller) vibration, starts at 2800 RPM and goes away at 3200. Anybody experiencing this with the new iso (2010 version) ? |

Apparently the updated Iso's are much stiffer... so it wouldn't surprise me. I was reading a lot of the big twin guys put it on, then were unhappy and started putting the older version back on. |

-- Ahha, the new IMPROVED design! Only HD could do this. I recently stopped by the local HD shop to get a rocker box gasket...the parts guy didn't know what I was talking about. I had to show him in the parts book what a rocker box gasket looks like! And salesman, spare me the reasoning about why I would want to trade-in my perfectly awesome Buell for a new Sportster! |

I replaced the Iso's on both my Cyclones, one needed replacing so the vibration was much better on that one but the other I replaced because it had done heaps of K's but was not damaged on that one the vibration was actually worse with the new 2010 Iso. So yes the new Iso's seem to be much stiffer and the vibration is worse than the older ones. |
