I crashed my bike last summer so I'm looking for some parts. Can anyone tell me how I would figure out what derby covers are compatible with my 99 M2 Cyclone? And where I might find one? Or if anyone has one to sell... I'm also looking for a black fuel tank. Thanks! Rachel |

Any derby cover off of an EVO 1200 motor should work. Therefore, one off of any tuber or any EVO 1200 Sportster (1994-2003) will work. You can probably find one on Ebay from a Harley rider that upgraded to chrome for cheap. |

Fuel tank might be a little more difficult to find. 98 S3, S3T, and S1W tanks will also work, (not sure if the S3 was a 97 bike as well) the pre 99 S3's had carbs so the petcock will swap right over if you find one of those. If you don't mind the loss in range between fill-ups you could go with an earlier model year tank from the M2 or S1. Here's a thread that may clarify what the differences are if you are unsure: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/476 23/669637.html?1330559966 Might try posting in the classifieds under parts wanted. |

I have a stock smooth satin silver derby cover, and polished one from the Baker 6-Speed, the derby cover says "Baker XL-6" Sell either (both) reasonable. If you need a picture, let me know. |

I could use the smooth satin silver derby cover if Rachel does not want it |
