Author Message   S1owner Posted on Wednesday, February 08, 2012 - 09:21 pm:        Ok so i get confused on what i need when i start looking for some of these parts could someone with more expierience chime in it would be appreciated? I am cleaning the control area up what type of throttle housing am i looking for? Thread in cables or push in i assume push in? Can i use my existing throttle tube and but a housing sim to joker machines? Does anyone have a suggestion for a h whole assembly maybe an mx?   Al_lighton Posted on Thursday, February 09, 2012 - 01:12 pm:        I converted my S1 to the newer 99 and later control pods, it was a simple conversion, and they're a little cleaner looking than the older switch pods. The throttle cables change to the newer style. They just plugged right in to the bike harness, IIRC.
