I guess you haven't kept up on all of his post lately.
I myself could care less what anyone else does with his own bike but he doesn't need pollute the threads of other members because he's unhappy with his.
In other threads that he has posted his dissatisfaction with Buell motorcycles its been recommended he rid himself of the pos and get something more suitable to what he thinks a good motorcycle should be. |

I don't follow posters around to read what they write. I hang out here in the Old School because that is what I ride. If someone wants to beat up on their bike, why should I care? I know my Buells do shake themselves apart, every long ride I have ever taken something breaks or falls off. The only difference is that I don't complain about it, I just fix it and keep on riding because I love my bike. These constant troll alerts get old, everyone here is old enough to decide for themselves if they agree with a poster or not. |

Riding either of those bikes coast to coast isn't about confidence in the bikes. It is about actually doing it. The confidence to have is in your tools you take along and your knowledge of your bike. |

I think the buell scavanger dude rides an S3 - he listed a header recently as being off of his personal S3 (must have gotten a race system for it or something). His prices are outrageous, that's for sure. |

You guys are talking about two different guys here:
This David Jay Uden dude parts out bikes and sells the stuff on eBay at outrageous prices, I made him an offer on an M2 fender that was above what I thought anyone here would ever sell one for and he flat out turned me down, no counterbid, etc. Last time I will look at his junk.
Allen (Alfau), on the other hand, jumps in on various threads and does nothing but complain about Buells. From what I read on another thread he said his son got killed on the X1 he now owns, so I guess I can understand why he is bitter. What I don't understand is why he keeps the bike, and hangs around here trashing it? As much as I love Buells (go look in my garage), if my son got killed on one I wouldn't hesitate to have it crushed into a cube and dropped into the ocean!!
We all have our baggage I guess... |

Nobody is forced to buy his parts. Either you buy them parts or you don't. Somebody must be, or his prices would come down.
about Alfau- at least he complains about Buells, instead of god, religion, guns, gays, liberals, conservatives, commies, the chinese, trolls, and so on. This is a Buell forum, and he owns the bike he is bitchin about. |
