Is there anyone doing mods to stock tuber mufflers? I talked to Drummer and they are no longer doing those mods as they are about to introduce their own tuber muffler and I can only guess the price will be expensive. Are there any others that will modify a stock pipe for tubers?

I think you only needed that safety kit for older race can.I have early can and later.Early can did not have reinforced intake-pipe welded in three point around inlet. and early can would brake off and cause accident. pic #1 reinforced behinde it olde can is already cracking.

When you have a un-safe front muffler mounting as with some after market mufflers(also early race cans) a braided safety strap is required under the front of the muffler ...

THIS ALSO APPLIES TO THE FRONT UNIVERSAL OF REAR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES AND ALL EXHAUST SYSTEMS IF THE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH HANGERS ...

Listen to the man.
You don't want to do a pole-vault off of your muffler!

Actually I needed some one to modify a 98 stock muffler for my S3T. They were stainless and will finish up pretty nice but, I have an 88" engine and would need it to flow a lot more. Can anyone modify one to be a good compromise between power and noise. Any ideas?
