I've learned about the thunderstorm heads that were OEM in '99; were the cams off-the-shelf H-D sportster cams? Just curious, thx everyone

The Thunderbolt and Lightning used the equivalent of the Andrews N4 cams, while the M2 ran the stock Sporty cams. I have N8s in mine and it moved the torque band up to almost 4000, where the stock M2 cams get working down around 2-2500.

Would 'stock sportster cams' be equivalent to Andrews N1, N2, N3, anything?
Just looking for a point of reference for comparison.

About the same lift with a little less duration than an Andrews N3 which is the smallest Andrews Sportster cam I could find specs for.
