I let my friend in California borrow my S.E. module off my S2T so he could try it on his "new" 1000 mile S2 to see if it solved the pinging problem he has. My bike has a 8 pin connector and his is different. Anyone know of this? We wanted to try the new iggy before changing the intake seals. |

Check your Plugs as OldDog says.Lean or Timing. Custom-Chrome has connector.you will need.If stock engine a N0306.9 module is race will work.Sell you one New in box never used $40.00 + $5.00 shipping (Message edited by ebutch on October 04, 2011) |

FIRST, check your timing to make sure it set to factory specifications !!! |

95 models had a 7 pin plug the 96 had 8 pin plug that only uses 7 pins... The timing instructions are also different between the 2 units... |

Alot of the older Buells had the 6R plugs in them and dealers are still using them. All Buells should have the colder 10R plugs. Has it been re-jetted? Miles on it? I have an adapter plug going from one to the other from Dyna, just can't remember which way now, will look when I get home. Where in CA? |
