Are you trying to replace the fuel and timing maps, or trying to reflash the whole ECM? I had no problems just replacing the maps, but couldn't replace the EPROM.   Lunchbox Posted on Saturday, October 01, 2011 - 04:43 pm:        Just replace the maps. I have had no luck. Even if i open my stock map and change 1 setting on the map and write only the maps back to the ecm i get errors that say my fuel pump has grounded out, head temp sensor is grounded out.   Kalali Posted on Sunday, October 02, 2011 - 10:35 am:        You must be doing something wrong. There is no technical reason you can not change your "own" maps.   Willyboy386 Posted on Sunday, October 02, 2011 - 10:43 am:        hey what up Lunchbox, had the same issue with mine, ended up having to select the changes only box when uploading the new maps, and was able to get it to run correctly after. I am running Windows7 64bit.
