I resolved the problem with I was having with a bad fuel injector on my 2001 S3T , but something new has cropped up. After the bike is hot, I will roll up to a stop light and instead of idling down it will just die. I have swapped injectors, manifold, throttle body w/TPS, ECM and coil. Once cool it will idle normally again.
I'm kind of at a loss here, any ideas?

No codes so I'm not sure.

I'm with Oldog on this. I would take some readings of the head temperature using ECMSpy and see if they make sense, e.g., engine at ambient, operating temperature, etc. An erratic temp sensor rarely throws a code based on what I've read here. No personal experience.

TPS reset?

I'd start there.

Are you sure you got your intake seals in correctly? Bit tricky if this is your first time. You did put new ones in right?

Intake seals are fine and installed correctly. ECM Spy? I am not familiar with this.
