Interesting tab of a bracket. Looks sort of like a couple of brands that have a lot of breaking there. If you have any, I'd like to see a picture of the bracket. Would you be amenable to making up a factory-style shoe for the original race exhaust and can? Pretty hard to find now. I think Al from A. S. B. had posted a few 'improved' designs. We could dig those up for a starting point. I'd bet you could sell them for a profit. |

this is just the first off, i jigged it from an original that had a bodged bracket that i wasn't 100% sure was exactly the right place, hence the bolt on part, once i know its correct i can do something else, what do you mean by shoe? i sure i can help somewhere |

I just bought a race header for my M2 and will be looking for a race muffler or equivalent. I'll be watching your progress. It is refreshing to see someone spending some time and energy on tuber parts. |

Perfect! I was hoping someone would reproduce the race can. I have a race header on a S1W and have been looking high and low for the race can. |

$900 is not bad for a complete, unique, nice looking system. Nice shop... I am sure if you keep cranking out quality parts you will be able to afford some glass windows! Again.. nice work sir. |

WOW. That is amazing! And all from a little "shack in the back" so to speak. Looks a bit like the old HP carriage house in Palo Alto California. Good job Alan. |

Hey Alan... I just noticed you are from Banbury. I grew up in a little village I think is near there called Hornton. Left when I was 7 so I don't remember much other than the fog and Basil Brush. Boom boom! |

Is that the same thickness as the stock Buell race header? |

Very beautiful work. Personally, if I ever have the funds to have someone turn out a hand-built system, I don't want it to look like everyone else's . |

Oh wow... seriously close. We lived in the house beside the Dunn Cow. My father tells stories about the local drunks wandering into our back yard and sometimes sleeping in our bushes. I vaguely remember beautiful countryside there. |
