thats funny.. my x1 said buell american motorcycles on the tank.. not x1.. whats up with that.. all numbers and vin matched.

That funny you noticed that... My parts book listed as saying "Buell American Motorcycles" this is an 02 book I brought back in 03 when I got my X1W.

i took all my decals off . i like it better that way, and people look at you very weird cause they have no idea what the hell you are riding... i love it

The decals on the 2001 X1 just had X1. I'm pretty sure its the only Buell (tuber) model that didn't have American Motorcycles on the tank

I ended up getting molten orange body work, but I'm going back to the white to revisit how that looks with the CF tank accents, CF ham can and a (non) CF undertail
