There are 11 models listed including the X1 . Road Worrior , battle Twins , Westwind, are the first 3 , and never a thread or at least far and few between .The info I get here comes from the Tubers , I dont look to see what they ride , Just want the best advice I can get . |

I'll cast a "NO" vote. I don't like the separation of each category. What is the difference between the wiring of a 2001 S3 and a 1999 X1? The suspension? The engine management system? Pretty close, I'd wager. |

i had first said yers to it,,, now after a while you guys bring up aa good point... i have had great results with the forum the way it is.. i guess i thought it would be easier with an x1 section but like i said now i see it is great the way it is |

As others have said, no need to separate the models further. Honestly, I don't see the need for the current M2 and S2 sections. If any models were to be segregated, it should be pre-HD Buells. Everything else (S2, S1, S3, M2, X1) Besides, keeping everything together gives the added benefit for all owners to gradually learn the subtle changes that progress with various models and years. ie: Lightning/Thunderstorm heads, flywheel weight changes, sportster/.497 cams, flat pistons/10* squish/15* squish, etc. |
