Rodent - if you're putting in adjustable pushrod tubes...get bolt cutters and cut out your old ones. No gaskets required. You can also cut the pushrods, if you're going to adjustable pushrods. If you're keeping the stock solid rods, though, you're going to have to remove the upper rockerbox and the rocker arm plate. |

and the XB conversion replaces parts number 4,5,6,and 7 in the diagram above with an XB top rockerbox cover, and a PCV valve. One cover, one gasket...not two covers and two gaskets. |

Yeah, the two gaskets two plates is a pain. As long as I'm in that deep anyway I'm gonna just take off the the rockerbox. It hasn't run yet so I should be able to re-use that one gasket. Pcv valve......tell me that replaces the breather bolts. My shit gets way crowded on the right side with the intercooler and all. |

Yep, replace breather bolts with plain ol' bolts, only there to hold the carb bracket on now |
