Jerry, Any chance I can get an accurate scan of the decal? I want to make a stencil mask for paint. I've got a set of bodywork in process..... It would be easiest to scan the decal make a stencil then paint and clear coat. Brad | ||

Brad, As displeased as I am that you won the auction item ( ), I believe I can get you a full set of stencils for an S2. Mine came out real nice, though it's been a couple years so I'm not sure if they'll still have the artwork. Give me a few days, I usually have a hard time getting to the shop when they're open but expect to be passing by there on Monday. Don't be shy about reminding me. | ||

Brad: Don't forget to check with a dealer as well . . . I think they may still be in the system. I'l look about this weekend (it's poster shipping weekend - the first of several) . . . somewhere there is a big box full of Buell stickers, decals and so forth . . some that actually went on bikes and others that never saw the light of day. | ||

Yeah... Remind him to tease you by telling you about the "Passion" posters someday... There's an auction I was hoping to see! Brad - Comments are all in fun. I'm glad it's in a good home. I talked to the shop today and he remembered the pattern and said he'd call back if he had any further questions. So far, no calls. PM me your address and think positive. Screens are admittedly not authentic, but it's sure easier to clean! | ||

Easy_Rider, I have three mint large-format (12" x 12" folded, 12" x 24" unfolded) '95 and '96 Buell brochures that I'll offer up for auction when we find U4euh a kidney. They are, alas, the last of each in my collection, and I'd only let them go for a very good cause. HERE'S a link to some photos I took this morning. One of the brochures is the same one that Brad outbid you on. Mine is in much better condition. Just putting out the word in advance for U4euh. Wow.... Very nice collection. And very admirable that you're willing to let go of some unique memorabilia. I managed to obtain a somewhat classic item recently that I doubt will fit me. It hit me that I was more willing to donate in cash several times what I paid than I was to let go of the item itself. I'm sure I'll come to terms with it when the time is right, but for now I commend you. | ||

I actually found some of them the other day when the electricians arrived to install the 200A service. I still think the funniest part of that story was that when Cunningham & Co. took over . . they ended up on top of a file cabinet and were always in the way. I was told "get rid of those things". I am a model employee. I did. Brad . . if all else fails on the decals . . drop me a note and I'll do some looking. I have some boxes of new S2 body parts somewhere and in one of them (I'm recalling from 16 years ago) I think is a collection of decals. Also . . while digging about the other day . . I found a collection of the famed "See The World Differently" posters that Erik had signed one night while he was here. The more I go to toss . . the more crud I find! | ||
