Hello as winter is aproching im thinking of gettin my racing license . So that i can race at loudon next season now my ? are Where can i find a set of leathers for under 500 ? what are the items that need to be saftey wired as im rebuilding my m2 and will buy the requried hardware ? is the stock m2 motor good enough to compete with . im running a works shock and x1 showa forks is that enough or should the suspension be sent to someone like gmd ? |

Have you tried any suits on yet? You need to know what size you need. It is very important to have a snug fit. But not loose at all for 2 reasons 1. safety-if the suit is baggy you can get rash from the suit if you go down 2. If the suit is loose it will flap in the wind and you will loose speed. Also the suit will stretch over time. I just got a joe rocket gpx 1 piece race suit from a local shop here. I paid $479 for it on close out. ebay for cheap suits and the m2 can be a good starter although the SV's and XB's are going to give you problems. have fun! tim |
